We do not take requests for repeat medication over the telephone. You must bring the request to the Practice or you can fill in our repeat prescription form online via the link at the top of this page.
Always ensure you order your medication so that the prescription is ready to collect before you run out of your medication.
This practice is set up for the electronic prescription service.
This means that for most patients we can send your prescription to your chosen chemist directly saving you having to come down to the surgery.
To get your prescription sent to your chosen pharmacy you will have to ask reception to sign up.

This is a new system for patients taking regular medication. The way it works is that prescriptions are issued for a number of months and saves the need for patients to be ordering their medicines every month.
Please ask for a leaflet from our receptionists.

If you supply a stamped addressed envelope we can forward your prescription to you, but you should do this at least a week before you need the prescription. Alternatively, most chemists now offer a collection service and will collect the prescription from the Practice for you.
