To obtain results of investigations, please telephone the surgery after 5 working days. If you could telephone after 2pm in the afternoon, this is helpful for the clinicians.

When the Practice is closed, you can obtain urgent medical advice by NHS 111 Service – Telephone 111.

This service is staffed by nurses and professional advisors, giving confidential healthcare advise and information 24 hours a day.

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

  • Treat yourself at home
  • Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
