Reception Team

Our team of medical receptionist are here to ensure you receive the best service. Most of them have completed the AMSPAR Medical Receptionist qualification (Association of Medical Secretaries, Practice Administrators and Receptionists).

Please be assured of complete confidentiality. It is sometimes necessary to ask for certain details to ensure you are directed to the most appropriate clinician.

Reception is extremely busy throughout the day and for this reason, we operate to rigid timescales. Please be aware of these when ordering repeat prescriptions.

Our receptionists will always try and accommodate your needs, however in some circumstances you may not always receive the answer you would have liked. Please listen to the advice the receptionist gives, as advice is only given at the direction of the doctors themselves.
